Kulula has no respect for customers and does not know how to handle crisis!!!

In all honesty I shouldn't even be giving them a rating they don't deserve a star. Complete bull that was experienced due to this flight. It got delayed and we were not informed of that till we were meant to board at the boarding gates. Then subsequently chaos erupted because some people were separated by being put into different flights without their consent , meanwhile people were traveling together as couples and families. The airline crew at the boarding gates was very irate and rude and were not particularly ok with informing us in a decent manner what the issue was and why people were off loaded to different aircrafts. This was an unacceptably bad experience and we received no compensation for this delay and just the poor general treatment we received from these people.
