Kulula greedy *** behaviour passengers and staff are uncivilised

after paying extra for booking my seat, i arrive on the plane only to see that the cabin luggage space above my seat has been taken by the uncivilised people in the opposite row. when i requested that they move their luggage so i can have my space, the staff said no that's their stuff and they came early so i am the one who needs to find a space at the back of the plane.

completely unacceptable as i had no clue Kulula just grabs money and stuffs the passengers who do arrive on time in the *** pen.

i never knew it was a greedy *** race for cabin luggage space.

you should add to the 90 minute arrival at the airport that passengers are not guaranteed their cabin luggage space as if other uncivilised passengers have excess luggage they are more than welcome to grab your space.

what a load of bs and uncivilised !!
