Kulula gone missing over ****** bags

A backpack went missing from one of my checked-in bags in Nov last year. I spoke to Elroy Francis who sent me the paperwork, which I filled in and returned immediately after reporting it to the police. I was told it could take 6-8 weeks.<br> <br> Way over the 8 weeks now, I've called and emailed repeatedly - and get no reply.<br> <br> Please advise - when can I expect payment for goods that went missing while my bag was in your care?
