Kulula gleefully mislabels bags, vandalised & damaged luggage.

I was traveling from Cape Town to Lanseria yesterday and by a long margin this was one of the worst flights I've had.

From a rinkity old plane to specifically my bag having its lock torn clean off and everything rummaged through.

After a stunningly turbulent landing I go to retrieve my bag and instead of just the zip being opened, the actual lock and the holes the lock affixes to were literary torn off, every pocket opened and these ****gish oafs couldn't be bothered to zip up the bag properly again.

And all the representative as able to convey was, sorry, where would you like to leave you bag to get a new zip.

I'm traveling for f*ck sakes, I cant just leave my bag to get some shoddy repair by some bull**** airline.

On top of this, my bag was under weighed, it was 17Kg but on the tag it was stated to be 12 Kg, was this intentional? Am I just lucky then that 5Kg's didn't go missing?
