Kulula giving higher price for hotel bookings

I recently booked a 5 night stay with my discovery credit card on the kulula website. I wanted to utilise my diamond vitality status coupled with my credit card discount to make an extremely expensive stay relatively affordable. <br> <br> I booked 24-29 December R2 500/night for five nights = total of R12 500, then halved with my discounts for a total of R6 250.<br> <br> Imagine my surprise and frustration when checking the price directly on the protea hotels website and [URL Removed] search engine that the price per night was actually R2 000 and not the R2 500 erroneously supp**** by [URL Removed] (I have screenshots to prove it). I check again the following day (this morning) and kulula still reflect a R2 500/night price whilst the other sites reflect R2 000. <br> <br> This is blatantly **********, unfair and inaccurate. My stay should be costing me R2 000 x 5 = R10 000, halved to be R5 000.<br> <br> I contacted the call centre and explained the problem with no empathy, understanding or resolution. <br> <br> I want R1 250 (R2 500 differential halved) compensated to me by any means whether it is a credit or my credit card or a kulula credit voucher.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Bryan Silke<br> <br> Th
