Kulula - flying low on client experience
Kulula may offer cost effective pricing, sometimes. But fails on customer experience.
Running an airline is tough. Running Kulula must be tougher. While delays with flights are inevitable, why is Kulula incapable of managing passenger expectations or even dare to show any empathy for what THEY introduce to passengers when flights are delayed.
They simply send you an sms (at a time when it is too late to do anything), and all must be magically well for the passenger from there.
But what happens when the same flight gets delayed again? Surely some extra consideration should apply, maybe access to a lounge, some meals, data? Do you consider the elderly, or chose travelling with infants or children. Or what about offering stranded passengers a shuttle, especially for delayed flights that then land after midnight? So the cost effective flight, ends up really costing a traveller much more in lost time, frustration and alternate arrangements post flight. I would rather pay a little extra and travel with a more reliable airline, that takes the time to understand me and help when they stuff up.
And, doesn’t it appear that Kulula have much more delayed flights than any other airline working out of Lanseria.
