Kulula flights payed but no reference given and no refund

I purchased tickets via credit card portal, did not recieve any confirmation but the money was taken from my account. I have been asking for help for a month now. I have suplloed POP and bank statements bank codes to reverse payment and have been promised that it is getting processed. I have made numerous follow up calls and sent emails to find out what the status of my refund is and no one gets back to me. The amount of effort i have to go through to assist in Kulula rectifying their own erros is an absolute joke. They domt give two cents about customer service anf are happy to jjst ***** my money and not give me a refund or the flights i payed for.

Seriously a joke of a company, and no customer service at all.
