*** Kulula Flight Refund!!!

It's been 6 days since I wrote to Kulula requesting for a refund on a flight ticket payment, which was subsequently cancelled by the airline.

On the 1st of Dec I tried to book a ticket on Kulula.com, using the instant eft payment option. Shortly after payment and the deduction of funds from my account (refer to the attached POP), I received notification that my details were lost by Kulula and that I had to call. Mind you this was near mid-night.

When I arrived at the airport, the ticket counter confirmed that this ticket was cancelled and that I would be refunded by Kulula (refer to the below flight details screen shot). I therefore had no option but to book again.

Till today Kulula have not responded to over 5 emails sent to different account and claims departments.
