Kulula Flight MN493 4 hour delay

Flight MN493 was the worst experience ever with Kulula. Almost 4 hours delayed. Customer service was pathetic. Ground staff **** saying they having problems with a fire extinguisher, yet it was operational problems. There was no honesty and no customer explanations and really a painful experience. This will definitely be my last flight with this airline. Its a chronic problem where the customer always comes last.
