Kulula flight from hell Durban MN610
Talk about a flight from hell .... After a delayed boarding of flight MN610 from Durban to Johannesburg this afternoon, the first announcement from the pilot was that they are waiting for paperwork from the engineer after a bird strike the previous day. This is just where it started, not a message that passengers want to hear. Passengers was then left waiting on an overfull plane for an hour for the paperwork. With limited leg space this wait was excruciating with screaming kids, no way to move and no refreshments. When the flight eventually left an hour late, we were looking forward to purchase something to eat seeing that we had nothing for the entire day so after the service announcement we grabbed for our wallets, just to be told that there was no food on the plane. Delays, service and lack of services has resulted in this post and a decision that I will never be flying with Kalula again. At what point do we simply accept this level of service as acceptable?
