Kulula Flight Change *******

I made a booking online for the wrong date and also taking out insurance under the impression this will cover any changes I make to my flight. After realizing I have to change my flight under the manage my flight option online it only allows you to pay again for the full fee. Phoning Kulula they advise me this is a insurance issue. I phoned the insurance and the advise me this is a issue I need to take up with Kulula. After speaking to a Kulula representative I am advised I could only make changes over the phone within 24Hrs, well I phoned within 24Hrs and still they are not able to assist me with a refund on my first booking and do not even allow for future booking. So Basicly I paid R2200 for the first booking and another R2000 for the second costing me a total of R4200 from East Londen to OR Tambo and back again. This is really unacceptable!!!
