Kulula flight - BA operated

Zero feedback with regards a refund for a canceled flight by BA on the 12th March 2022 booking reference number DL2L8RW. The ticket was booked thru kulula - discovery vitality to fly to cape from dbn on the 08th March and return 12tg March. Between these 2 dates the airline stopped flying and has obviously ignored all requests from passengers in information as to how to claim a refund.
