Kulula

In March 2020 Kulula cancelled my flight due to the Corona pandemic, I ask for my money back and after a long time in December 2020 I received an email in which they confirmed to pay back. Never heard of then, until now and they don't pay back, I can book another flight, but I am 78 and I don't want to risk my health. They don't care at all!!!!!
