Kulula employees are *******

I travelled from O.R Tambo to King Shaka airport. I was happily surprised that the flights were actually on schedule and service was good. But unfortunately that didn't last long. To my dismay my bag was broken into and items including perfume, airpods and chocolates which I brought as christmas gifts were ******. The chocolate boxes were ripped open as though a wild animal tore into it and chocolates were taken (some fell in my bag and messed my clothes...if they took the boxes I would be peeved less...the barbaric way made no sense), the airpods were taken out of the box and the perfume as well. My delicates were tossed out of placed. My privacy was invaded. I cannot believe that a company like kulula employs thives. This has been going on for years and I know for a fact I am not the only victim. My sister was a victim previously and when she complained absolutely nothing had been done. How does this happen in an airport where security should be at it's utmost? Please take this matter seriously. This tanishes South Africa when foreigners come for a vacation and their valuables get ******. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
