kulula does not assist single moms with infants

Kulula the most unhelpful airline. Traveling with my one year old child by myself. Kulula does not offer any assistance to single moms with their luggage to get it out of the luggage terminal. But Kulula on their website claims that you as client should expect royal treatment. Not sure to whom they are referring to. If i knew this earlier I would never booked with Kulula. Single Moms I suggest you use another airline when booking your flights with infants,
