Kulula dissappoints once again

I booked flights for my daughter and the childminder to fly from Jhb to George on the 15th July last year. WE were relocating to the Cape and i needed to fly them down and take the animals and my son by car. Kulula changed the flight about three times before cancelling altogether. At great inconvenience i had to drive 14 hours with two kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats to George. Now that i want to use the flights for myself i am told that the names cant be changed. My nanny doesnt work for us anymore and my child is too young to travel by herself. They just dont care. I am surprised this airline is still in business. Flysafair all the way!!!!
