Kulula disgusting service

The worst customer service I am EVER received! My flight has been delayed twice now. Which means I had to postpone my check in. I phoned the customer service number and was told I have two options. 1) email my complaint 2) get another flight which would leave even later. When I asked to speak to the manager. He is no where to be found.i will never be flying with this airline again
