Kulula disaster experience

My flight on 2 Nov 2018 to George has been delayed from 07h50 to 11h05.

To add insult to injury we boarded eventually to depart at 11h05. Just to sit another hour and a half on the airplane as there was a "luggage" issue. Which they couldn't resolve.

To add further insult to injury, they then ended up making us disembark so that each person had to go identify their luggage to try identify the "bag" that was wrongly loaded...

IN MY LIFE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED INCOMPETENCE LIKE THIS.

Really looking forward to Kulula's response on this beyond **** experience.
