Kulula disappoints

Took a flight at 10h50, 14th April 2018 at OR Tambo to Cape Town flight MN135, upon arrival at Cape town international, my bag and my wife's had been tampered with. On my wife's, the pad lock was broken and we took it lightly. It's only when we checked in at the hotel realised that all our valuable watches and jewellery Were ******. When we lodged the enquiry/complain, we were told they are not liable for such loses, they only liable for damaged bags repair or replacement and that's is indicated in theirT&C which we were not been warnedof. Lagage ********* at lagage check in does confirmed to exist and they are doing nothing about it. Never will i board the kulula again.
