Kulula disappoints
Hi All,<br> <br> I booked a return flight to CT from ORT for 3 of us. Leaving on the 12th of Dec 2015 and returning on the 21st of Dec 2015. Our return flight was scheduled to depart at 8:10pm. The flight was delayed to 9pm due to bad weather which i could understand. So around 8:55pm my pregnant wife wanted to go and buy something to eat and i assured her that we would board any moment now and that we could buy something on the plane. to my frustration we only boarded at 9

I am truly sorry for the frustration caused due to the delay experienced.We try hard to keep to our published schedule as we understand the impact it has on our customers. Any delays to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well. Some occasions, we have no alternatives and in such cases, we do have to impose the delay.
It is never our wish to disappoint our customers , however in the airline industry nothing is set in stone due to the nature of our business.On time performance is a prime area of focus for us and we always review any disruption we have imposed and what alternatives we can use for future.
