Kulula delayed AGAIN

Always delays. On 28 September our flight Johannesburg to Cape Town was delayed from 15h35 to eventually departing after 18h00 and the very next day my daughter is delayed from being booked for 10h50 to now an estimated departure at 14h15.... Unacceptable. No one can plan around flight times of an airline that has no regard or respect for their customer's time. Usual excuse is one delay has a knock-on effect... Why the first delay then? Why delay a morning flight with almost 4 hours? Kulula overbooks and then can not deliver.
