Kulula deducts money from your account with no flight confirmation

I just booked a flight from CPT to Lanseria. I clicked on purchase and entered my card details. The website kept hanging and then froze - it deducted the purchase from my account. I received no flight confirmation via e-mail or sms (all of my information was all correct)
