Kulula- ****************

I had just over R20000 worth of my belongings ****** from my luggage on a kulula flight last week. Despite me reaching out to them numerous times over the last week,I have gotten no solution from them. They keep saying that it is under investigation but I have gotten no feedback on this supposed investigation. There has been no attempt to find out how this happened or what is going to come of it. When I had asked someone at kulula taking my statement if it is hopeful that anything will come of it they said no and then proceeded to say they dont know. I am utterly disgusted and appalled at kulula. The goods that were taken from me are of sentimental value which can never be replaced. Myself and my luggage were in the care of this airline who have let me down, said as an understatement.
