So...... where to start! First of all, my flight is delayed with 6 hours (local flight from Cape Town to JHB). I understand if there is some technical difficulty blah blah blah...

What I dont seem to understand is that I pre-book my seats, I pay extra to do this as they make more money this way...

So as I get onto the flights, both flights the seats has changesd to seats that I did not select...

So where does this money go if I dont get what I have paid for?

Something else to note- happened this moth as well, if you miss you first flight they automatically cancel your return flight, so you need to pay them again for a “flight secure” for the ticket you already paid?!

I cant seem to understand this- surely this is not treating customers fairly?
