Kulula damaged suitcase, refusing to pay

Last December we flew with Kulula to Lanseria and return. Upon arriving back in Cape Town we found that the handle of our suitcase had been **********. Kulula/Comair insurers say that luggage is covered bu insurance, but not the handles, a sorry and ridiculous state of affairs. Small Claims court action seems necessary
