kulula damage your bags

I am so dissatisfied with Kulula.

I know you have to wrap your bags, but they damage it ..... In the inside. No wrap can save your bag from the damage Kulula will do to your bags.

My bag is broken. They threw it so hard that my bag broke from the inside and the handle does not work.

I paid so much for proper travel bags and look what happened. I wish I could put up a photo of what they did to my bag. It is really expensive .

Thank you Kulula for breaking my stuff. Please think twice if you want to have your bags in one piece.

I went to Cape Town in October and my husband carried my bag I thought it I was not strong enough to get the handle out but when I saw the damage they caused to my bag ...... They would probably not even replace it because I am \complaining"late.

This is unacceptable"""

Hello @wantgoodservice,

I am very disappointed to hear about the problems you encountered with your baggage. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. Good service is very important to us and we aim to transport all our customers and their belongings safely to their destination. We can assure you that we are not complacent, and we are doing all we can to improve security and our baggage handling services where necessary.

However in Terms of Comair Ltd's General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage, we trust you will understand that luggage is designed to protect its contents. In the course of normal handling, your luggage may show evidence of wear and tear. The airline assumes no liability for minor cuts, scratches and dents or for items that protrude from luggage such as retractable handles, handles, wheels, straps and luggage carts.

Although we have failed to meet your expectations on this occasion, we hope to welcome you onboard again in the near future.

Yours sincerely

Nazley - CR
