Kulula Customer Service = Zero

I have yet to have an On time flight from Kulula.....MN603 Jhb to Durban.....delayed more then 2 hours now.Still sitting here waiting for some sort of explanation......no apologies, no explanation. Just empty assurances that we are boarding. That was an hour ago. Customer Service = zero Come on guys.....at least pretend to care about you paying customers.
