Kulula Credit Card Frustration

I have been having difficulties stopping my Kulula credit card. The call center is useless as the option to talk to a consultant (4) goes dead and cuts off the line. Further more I have not been using the card for more than a year and each moth have to pay card fees for a card I can not seem to cancel.
