Kulula Credit card division - terrible service

I have been trying for two days as and endless phone calls to speak to someone at Kulula credit card division to decrease my credit card limit. I have been transferred back and forth from one department to another, and constantly back to FNB who cannot help me with a Kulula card. I cannot believe how difficult it is to get help with such a stupid query. I am highly agitated and disgusted.
