Kulula Credit Card Customer Service Useless

I have tried to reach Kulula Credit Card 7 times now to get a balance. Each time a different consultant informs me she cannot assist me and will transfer me to the correct department. Same procedure again. This is totally ridiculous. Kulula says you can get balance electronically but you end up with a consultant each time. What a waste of time and cellphone money.
