Kulula Credit Card Application

I also app**** for a Kulula CCard on 16 Aug 2017 and find the customer service poor. I had to call numerous times to follow up. It is now 3 weeks later, I have been promised my card would be delivered today Wednesday 6 Sep 2017. The time is now 16:16 and no card has been delivered to me. This is really frustrating. I expected mush better service than this
