Kulula Credit Card

I would like to close my Kulula Credit Card Account, but this seems to be impossible. When I phone I get transferred from department to department until someone transfers me to a cutoff line . How is it possible that no one can tel me or help me to close the account. I am closing the account because for the last 6 months I have tried to get a new pin for my card, witch is also impossible. Your security measures to get a new pin is so strict not even a card holder can retrieve their own pin. I am getting charged Card fees and services every month for an account that I can not use nor close. Please assist me with closing this account.
