Kulula constipated!

Standing in the queue for 20 mins to board a flight and out waltzes this guy that states with a grin on his face that boarding will be delayed by 15 - 20 mins, standing time 40 mins! That was not the end, we get to the plane and stand another 10 mins before boarding! Really, is the quality is compromised due to the price. And then there was Maudelene, the darkest greetings I have ever heard. This has been my worst ever reception by Kulula!
