Kulula condoning their Thieving Staff to ***** from us

Kulula has done a great job of hiding behind T&Cs to give their thieving staff members to ***** from us. My bag was opened and a ring was ****** from it and all I'm getting is a big F*ck you, The airline is not liable........., however, the Airline is responsible for the Staff they recruit, as the person was representing Kulula at the time of theft. they have confidently violated my right to privacy, my right to protection against unconscionable (*********/immoral/unprincipled) conduct. Their T&cs may state we shouldn't have valuables in our bags, there's nowhere where they state, should we have valuables, their staff is entitled to opening our bags and dig through them and *****. I have been treated poorly/appallingly by this reputable so-called airline.
