Kulula con artists

Kulula.com has switched off their customer service line. I have been trying since Sunday to get a hold of someone to assist in a cancelation of a booking due to the President's National State of Disaster address, however their lines are conveniently unavailable. I have used the email option as well... No call backs since Sunday.
