Kulula.com not helpfull

<p>We have booked a flight on the 23rd of September 2016 for the 23rd of December 2016 for 1 passenger from George, South African to JOhannesburg OR Tambo. I enquired on the 17th of November if it is possible to change the date and the passenger, as for unforseen circumstances the passenger that we booked for the flight can not make the flight anymore. The lady at Customer Serivces of Kulula told me we can change the date and the route, but not the passenger. How on earth is it possible to change the date and route for a flight booked, but not the passenger???? And she told me the ticket is non-refundable. NOw I must loose the tickets money, because Kulula is not prepared to change a passenger on a flight, but they can change a date and a route???? Does not make sense.</p>
