Kulula collapsed because it was led by ******** and fat cats that stole from the poor

If there was anything less than a 1 star I would give Kulula. I booked a flight from durban to JHB with my 3 kiddos for 22 March. The flights were grounded prior to my flight date. I called the call centre and they told me I can make other alternatives as they were not sure if we could fly on the booked date and wouldn't arrange an alternative 4 us. I was told to send an email requesting my refund which I did and have been following up telephonically, via emails, twitter etc I still have not received my hard earned cash.
