Kulula check-in counter staff

On Friday 11 September 2015, the whole of kulula's check-in system at Cape Town Airport failed. This resulted in passengers cuing in abnormal long lines and getting frustrated, me being one of them. What caught my attention is how obvious it was that Kulula's ground staff reacted positively to this challenge. Their service remained effective and cool under pressure. They opened ALL of their counters and every staff member kept greeting each frustrated passenger with friendliness, doing their best to give each passenger the attention they deserve. Also, they deployed staff to attend to the cues in order to assure passengers that the plane will not leave without them.

Well done Kulula, keep on employing the people that take ownership in your brand!
