KULULA CHARGED TWICE FOR BAGGAGE - WONT REFUND

I booked a flight from Durban to Lanseria flying on the 26th December. I selected and paid for the Pack and Go ticket of R716.65. This included 1 x 20kg checked baggage.

However when I got to King Shaka I was advised that no checked in baggage was included in the fare and had to pay an additional amount of R370.00 as the e ticket stated 0 bags.

While at the airport I took screen shots of the exact flight that I had booked and I sent Kulula an email with the screen shots of the flight and different price options showing clearly that the ticket I paid for included 1 x 20kg checked in baggage.

After no reply for over 2 weeks I followed up again and got a reply a week later which basically said the e ticket said no bags so that's it. I responded but got the same response.

It seems Kulula wont even consider that their system made an error and because I didn't check the baggage allowance on the e-ticket its my fault.
