Kulula changing prices again
Booked flights last night for an emergency trip to durban only to find that the prices of the return trip decreased by almost 60% within a few hours.... come on Kulula try to regulate your prices... we book the flights as we are desperate at the prices given and are most dissappointed when the prices get reduced!!!<br> PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY

I am sorry that to learn that the fares on your flight decreased after you had already confirmed the booking.
As kulula.com is a live system, fares are subject to availability. Customers use our website night and day to book flights online and if payment is not made in time, the fares are released back into the system for resale.
Please note, the prices are not changing. As customers are booking, the lower fares are being sold out leaving the higher fares available. When a booking is not confirmed, the fares are released back into the sytem.
