Kulula change seats after check in

<p>As if the drama of me getting to the airport was not enough, I was very IRRITATED to also found out that my seat has been changed when we were boarding. </p> <p>As I have always done on ALL my Kulula flights, I check in online 24hrs before my flight to select a seat of my choice to avoid the long check in queues at the airport and most importantly to pre-select a seat because i do not like sitting in the middle seat. Likewise, the night before my flight which was boarding at 19:30 on the 15/12/2016 from Cape Town to Lanseria , i checked in online and selected my window seat (21F) and I printed my boarding pass because I only had hand luggage with me. I got to the airport on time for boarding, and mind you we had to wait because the flight was running late then as we boarded the lady told me your new seat is 27B WHY???????? I never selected 27B I do not want to seat on 27B???? WHY ME???? If they had to change my seat then why to change it to the appropriate one WINDOW SEAT!!!!! I was sick that night even, so imagine this, I am sick, I had a terrible day, and now I am sitting in the most uncomfortable seat ever. That was the worst flight, I was actually on the verge of refusing to board that flight until they find a better seat for me. Right now I want an explaination and I refuse to be in that situation again.....</p>
