Stay clear of this Airline. I’ve been trying for 2 years to get help with lost tickets. They postpone and only start replying when it’s convenient for them. You won’t get money back, they never answer. They are a waste of time, effort and money. You know what Kulula, a poor-pensioner saved for a long time to afford those 3 tickets that were cancelled and because of your non active system is lost after trying for all this time 35 mails later, 14 calls later. I am lost for words....... Suppose is part of the ******* world we live in.
