Kulula cancelled flights

My return flight on Eater Sunday got cancelled and moved MUCH earlier - meaning I wont be able to spend Easter with my family, which is the reason I flew to Jhb in the 1st place. After waiting 30 mins on the phone to query the cancelled flight, the operator cant help me because she cant move me to another flight, and then the phone just gets cut EVERY TIME I PHONE!!! Barely thing that's a coincidence!!! How can an airline just cancel your flight and then refuse to pay you your money back? Or book you onto the next british airways flight?! Appalling service Kulula, so disappointed!!! How can you thinks okay to cancel flights on Easter Sunday? Have some respect!!!
