Kulula call centre staff deserve a medal!

I reviewed Kulula.com yesterday complaining of the difficulty in cancelling my flight in view of the Covid-19 crisis. (There is no online option available, you have to phone the call centre.) When I did finally get through I was helped by a very efficient and professional man by the name of Savelo. He had obviously been having a very difficult day but was kind and helpful and I soon had a Travel Bank credit set up. I really appreciate the professional, helpful attitude in this time of crisis. Helpful Call Centre staff are really to be commended.
