KULULA CALL CENTRE IS TERRIBLE!

I need to change my flight details and I cannot get ahold of them. I have been on hold for 3 hours at 30 minute intervals. This is literally the WORST service I have ever “received”. The call centre people don’t even bother responding to calls, not to mention their refund policies… Last time I’m flying with them .
