Kulula Call Centre Horror

Realised we forgot kids birth certificates just before arrived at airport. Called Kulula call centre to confirm if they are required for flight and it was confirmed that it was. Without it the kids could not fly. We ended up missing the flight. Had to book new tickets for R4500 only to find out at the airport that we didnt need the kids birth certificates for local flight. We were informed at the airport that we should call the airport instead as the call centre “could not be trusted!!!!”
