i agree with Glenda P, shocking service. I've been on the phone for hours to no avail. You either get in the queue and get booted after 6 minutes, or don't go anywhere and are told the network is congested, or nothing happens. Shocking service considering the circumstances. You knew it was coming, so why weren't you prepared?
