Your flight rescheduling and refund policy is exactly the same! I have booked a flight for my parents but somehow input the incorrect dates. Now that I want to change the dates to the correct dates, I found I could just have cancelled the incorrect tickets and made a new booking as it would cost the same! Do you not take into account the money already paid for the incorrectly booked tickets?!? Or is the incorrectly booked tickets treated as a cancellation?!?, hence then forfeiting money already paid. Real ********* of you.... Judging by other complaints on here, I guess there won't be any quirky response from Kulula
