Kulula bunch of ******!

Bought a tickect and they don't want us to check in because the the name on the ID doesn't match the booking..we used his name instead of his birth names! Were in the world do you use an ID based on a name and not the ID number! We had to buy a new ticket for 4 times the price with no refund for the other tickects?!! Why cant't they check your ID number?? Our seat was booked everything! Can you believe they cancelled our booked seat and rebooked it! So they know it was ours!! Bunch of ******! Other airlines ask a fine for a name change but Kulula just want to ***** your money!
