Kulula breaks into your bag & *****s your clothes, stay away!!

I flew from Cape Town to Johannesburg on 18 May 2021, they broke into my checked in bag and stole a jacket. That same evening they told me to open a case at the OR Tambo Police Station and submit documents to them for a claim to be processed. I have sent multiple emails and called multiple times but no one gets back to me. They employ ******* that break into your baggage but do not return calls or emails from the victims. I am tired of Kulula doing nothing about this, this is the 3rd time that they have broken into my bag and ****** from me!!! ***
